Job Summary
Sales Analyst/Associate who partners with Regional Sales Directors to drive growth by marketing Ares’ alternatives to financial intermediaries. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining advisor relationships, sourcing new prospects via cold outreach, supporting client seminars and events, ensuring compliance with marketing materials and licensing requirements, maintaining Salesforce CRM data, and traveling to regional advisor engagements. Must communicate Ares’ product philosophy and positioning, be a knowledgeable resource on alternatives, and contribute to higher asset levels and improved client service. Requires 1-4 years of financial services experience, FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; travel up to 20% may be required. Base salary range listed is $100,000–$150,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications

- Series 7
- Series 63
- 1-4 years of experience in financial services
- Strong sales and advisory services background
- Knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income and International markets; alternative investments preferred
- Travel up to 20%
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
