Job Summary
The Analyst/Associate in Direct Lending – Portfolio Management is responsible for monitoring and managing a portfolio of corporate debt and equity investments, supporting deal teams, conducting quarterly valuations and reporting, and maintaining communication with portfolio companies. This role requires 1-3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree. Candidates should possess strong Excel modeling skills, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional interpersonal skills, and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- 1-3 years of finance or accounting experience with exposure to valuation methods required
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced MS Excel modeling skills (v-lookup, macros, and pivot tables)
- Beginning to intermediate MS PowerPoint skills
