Job Summary
Support Relationship Managers across the full investor lifecycle by coordinating due diligence processes, preparing customized investor reporting, and tracking pipeline activity. Own meeting logistics, including agendas, notes, and action items, while maintaining high-touch coverage of client requests to ensure responsiveness and accuracy. Manage due diligence materials and Q&A processes, ensuring timely responses and adherence to deadlines. Customize performance summaries, portfolio updates, and exposure metrics, leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting workflows and efficiency. Track client leads through the funnel, maintain CRM data hygiene, and proactively surface stale opportunities or bottlenecks. Assist with prospecting support, list management, and campaign coordination for the Institutional Sales team.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Institutional Sales Support, Client Service, or Alternatives distribution—manager / private credit / PE / real assets platform
- Bachelor's degree
- FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 7 and Series 63)
- Ability to obtain FINRA licenses quickly
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Investor Relations at a leading alternatives platform
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Polished client-facing judgment
- Familiarity with alternative investments and institutional diligence processes (DDQs/RFPs, performance reporting, fund materials)
