Coordinate delivery for line down issues by interfacing with Factory Shipping, Supply Chain Analysts, and Global Distribution Centers to establish shipment priorities. Analyze urgency of expedited requests to determine optimal shipping methods, challenging special requests when necessary and requesting Premium Services like Express or Next Flight Out to meet delivery requirements. Approve expedite shipments from Customer Service, validate instructions, and monitor critical shipments through freight forwarding partners. Consolidate die expedite lists for the Die Bank and packing lists for urgent devices. Work hand-in-hand with Command Centers in Europe and the US to support the Asia Command Center's operations.
