Job Summary
Analyst, Area Sales Manager for DBS Consumer Banking Group focused on growing and managing the Gold Loan business. Responsible for hiring and training sales staff, creating monthly and weekly plans, managing an incremental Gold Loan portfolio by branch, improving sales executive productivity, and providing updates to sales teams to achieve top-line and bottom-line growth. Requires strong analytical skills, leadership and people-management abilities, channel performance optimization, knowledge of Gold Loan industry policies, and established local networks in the Indian banking market. Location: Vishakapatnam, India. Schedule: Regular, Full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Five to ten years of experience as Gold Loan sales in Bank/NBFC
- Graduate or post-graduate degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing
