Job Summary
Conduct detailed underwriting of potential acquisitions, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing using Excel. Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal review and investor committees. Support the due diligence process by coordinating with legal, tax, and operational teams to evaluate risks and opportunities. Oversee implementation of refurbishment measures, contribute to leasing activities, and track key performance metrics for stakeholders. Assist in fund-level performance reporting and support fundraising initiatives. Requires advanced degree in Finance or Real Estate with initial experience in investment or asset management.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Initial work experiences in real estate investment, asset management, private equity, or investment banking
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities, with attention to detail
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and valuation methodologies (DCF, income capitalization, comparable analysis)
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Self-starter with strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently, thereby managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
