Job Summary
Configure and test low-code AI agents and custom solutions while documenting workflows to identify potential use cases. Develop familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, evaluate third-party applications by collecting and organizing findings, and gather adoption data for team reporting. Prepare training content and user guidelines to support responsible AI use across the organization, monitoring emerging capabilities and sharing observations. Provide support to data scientists, engineers, and analytics team members on assigned tasks. No prior professional experience required; basic Microsoft ecosystem familiarity needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field such as computer science, information systems, engineering, data science, or a related discipline.
- Basic familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- High level of curiosity, enthusiasm for emerging technologies, and a continuous-learning mindset.
Desired Qualifications
- Coursework, academic projects, or internship exposure to AI tools, agents, or low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with responsible AI concepts, data privacy, or governance principles.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI services, or related tools.
- Experience creating or contributing to presentations, documentation, or instructional materials.
- Exposure to coding languages such as Python or SQL.
