Job Summary
Support collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational data to ensure accurate revenue tracking and prevent leakage. Deliver advanced customer performance analytics for management discussions and regional finance updates. Participate fully in QMR close activities, assist in operational process management, and develop system enhancements. Resolve open inquiries with customers and provide training on QMR topics to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain clear documentation for tracking inquiries while adhering to tight timelines and procedural controls.
Required Qualifications
- Self-starter and fast learner who thrives under tight timelines
- Intellectually curious and driving issues to the root cause
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload while handling multiple business tasks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an ability to create and present persuasive analysis
- Experience with change management / delivering process change in an operational environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent PC skills including Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as the ability to quickly learn internal applications
- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- FP&A experience is preferred
- Six Sigma certifications a plus
