Job Summary
Analyst for Analytics & Metrics within Mastercard's Global Statistics / Quarterly Mastercard Reporting (QMR) group. Responsible for collecting, validating, and reporting quarterly operational data; perform analytical research across QMR and switched activity; deliver persuasive performance data analyses; support quarterly QMR updates to regional finance teams; develop and test system enhancements to improve processes; provide customer support and training related to QMR topics to internal and external customers. The role emphasizes data integrity, timely reporting, and capability building through clear documentation and coordination with stakeholders; FP&A experience preferred and Six Sigma certifications a plus. The position requires strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and proficiency with common office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
