Job Summary
Analyst, AI Business Intelligence will support business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across Lanco. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving Power BI reports and dashboards, evaluating new report requests, collaborating to access data sources, translating business needs into dashboards and AI-supported solutions, identifying operational issues via KPIs, guiding stakeholders on data-driven actions, supporting data governance, and creating documentation and training materials. The role emphasizes AI-enabled reporting workflows, cross-functional collaboration with MIS/PMO/business teams, and leveraging KPIs to drive operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, business systems, or a similar role
- Experience with SQL or other data query tools
- Experience connecting data from multiple systems for reporting and analytics
- Experience with Salesforce, Epicor, Jira, Confluence, or similar business systems
- Experience with data governance, report governance, or KPI standardization
- Experience auditing reports, dashboards, or BI environments
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with Power Automate, Google Apps Script, Python, or other automation tools
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms
- Experience working in manufacturing, sales, quality, warehouse, engineering, finance, or project management environments
- Experience supporting digital transformation or operational excellence projects
