Job Summary
Conduct billable analyses, interpret data, and prepare presentations for healthcare clients to drive performance improvements. Define business requirements through client interviews, synthesize insights into recommendations, and assist in implementing change. Generate revenue by executing assigned tasks, writing reports, and communicating market opportunities to managers. Participate in practice development activities, learn Premier technologies, and complete annual training requirements. Work remotely with 81-100% travel within the US.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in healthcare, business or finance
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare performance improvement
- Demonstrated capability to lead and show value from their efforts
- Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
- Be adaptive and change priorities quickly
- Meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
- Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Travel 81-100% within the US
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
