Job Summary
Gather, organize, and analyze data for client projects while ensuring data quality and following up with clients or vendors on missing or inaccurate information. Collect design data from clients and current vendors to analyze healthcare plan utilization, then check data for reasonableness. Contribute to client presentations by creating basic drafts and develop analytics dashboards to summarize insights for PowerPoint. Maintain client files with the most recent correspondence and information. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week onsite in Jakarta, with a requirement for an anchor day. You will build foundational knowledge of employee health benefits products and carrier markets while supporting client file maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to gather, validate, and summarize data
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, dashboards, and presentation materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
- Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia
- Must be available for hybrid work with at least three days a week in the office
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to employee health benefits, vendor/carrier markets, or consulting support work
- Experience preparing client presentations or dashboard reporting
- Ability to learn technical tools and adapt quickly in a client-facing environment
