Job Summary
Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards, performing basic to moderate updates and optimizations of existing performance metrics. Execute routine data extraction, transformation, and loading while ensuring accuracy and proactively identifying discrepancies between internal tools and manual reports. Automate repetitive reporting processes and update internal documentation regarding metric definitions and data processes to support the Advanced Analytics team. Assist in updating databases and reporting templates as directed by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of experience in analytics/reporting and/or data management
- Analyzing and synthesizing information to understand issues and identify options
- Ability to translate internal requirements into reporting/analysis specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation
- Organizing and Planning - Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, balancing resources, skills, and timescales to achieve objectives
- Capable of managing multiple analytical tasks simultaneously
- Adaptability - Ability to respond and adapt to changing circumstances and to manage, solve problems, and provide solutions in a climate of ambiguity
- Proactive in seeking solutions and learning new approaches
- Communicating Effectively - Writes effectively; adjusts to fit the audience and the message
- Ability to clearly articulate analytical findings and data issues internally, both verbally and in writing

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) or comparable Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with Python for automation initiatives and data manipulation/analysis
