Job Summary
Conduct data analysis, statistical reporting, and benchmarking activities by developing queries and compiling technical documents using various software tools. Provide confidential administrative and secretarial assistance to the Executive Director or Director, including maintaining appointment calendars, coordinating meetings, and triaging sensitive inquiries. Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to coordinate information flow while ensuring Indigenous Cultural Safety and equity principles are upheld. Work independently to resolve administrative issues and manage departmental effectiveness through strong time management and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in a related program
- three to four (3-4) years' recent, related experience in a complex health care environment
- progressively more responsible secretarial and administrative positions supporting senior level management
- experience in information analysis and benchmarking
- equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Advanced computer skills in spreadsheet, database, graphics and word processing programs
