Job Summary
AP/AR Analyst responsible for supporting financial operations through accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining vendor and customer accounts, supporting month-end/year-end close, resolving discrepancies, and aiding in audits and financial reporting. Duties include full AP cycle (invoice review, validation, coding, payment processing), AR billing and collections, cash flow support, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies. Strong emphasis on invoice accuracy, aging management, reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Management
- 1 – 3 years Accounts Payable
- Collections and GL experience
