Job Summary
Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP, preparing contract structures to ensure bookings and billings process correctly. Interpret pertinent data for Warfighter and other customers, maintain contact with internal partners and external agencies to resolve discrepancies, and verify contract loading accuracy against FAR regulations. Create and submit invoices to external customers while maintaining complex contract reconciliations with internal and external stakeholders. This hybrid role within RTX's Enterprise Services Orders to Cash group supports maximizing cash performance from contract award through final invoicing for aerospace and defense business units.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- Experience with Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions
- Experience producing and modifying Microsoft Power Point presentations
- 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment
- Must reside within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, Farmington, CT, Cedar Rapids, IA, or Tucson, AZ
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a financial setting working with numbers, large data sets, and computations
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and look up functions
- Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment
- Ability to support multiple time zones
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
