Job Summary
Manage monthly closing and reporting activities for accounts payable, ensuring accurate income and sales tax withholding from payments. Process invoices per defined checklists while communicating with user departments and vendors to facilitate end-to-end transactions. Monitor service levels and KPIs related to balance sheet quality assurance, implementing corrective actions as required. Maintain compliance with internal policies, external laws, and international accounting standards. Report on aging analyses and foreign import transactions.
Required Qualifications

- Master's in accounting / Finance OR a member of any professional accounting body
- Relevant experience in accounting and financial systems
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to monitor service levels/ KPI's and implement corrective actions as required
- Understanding of Accounts Payable best practice
- Clear understanding of customer centric approach
- Knowledge of stakeholder management
- Knowledge of working in services centre environment
- Knowledge of basic IFRS and accounting concepts
