Create ad hoc reports and compile data to draft client-ready summaries that provide management insights. Develop quarterly dashboards highlighting key metrics and prepare client-facing presentations that transform complex data into actionable trends. Maintain client data integrity, resolve stuck files, and conduct policy audits to support Account Managers. Handle billing research requests, resolve invoice disputes, and monitor aging reports to ensure timely payments. Research approvals for fee adjustments and conduct vendor invoice audits. Participate in cross-functional projects to suggest process improvements and create best practice communications.
