Analyst 2 – US Payroll & Reporting

Manage US payroll processing, including calculation of wages, deductions, and tax withholdings for employees across the organization. Generate and distribute monthly payroll reports, reconcile bank statements, and resolve discrepancies in timekeeping or compensation data. Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintain accurate records for audits. This role operates on a standard full-time schedule with no on-call rotation.
