Job Summary
Analyst 2 in Financial Planning & Analysis (onsite) providing financial support to manufacturing plant operations, leading month-end close, cost analysis (including standard cost), budgeting/rolling forecasts, SAP reconciliations, and KPI-driven performance reviews. Roles include supporting SOX audits, inventory and product costing, and assessment of business cases and spend analysis. Requires strong Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP) and ERP expertise, with a focus on US GAAP compliance and cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2+ years of relevant progressive accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing operations, product costing, variances and inventory control, financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPS)
- ERP experience, SAP preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with management
- Knowledge of corporate accounting policies and procedures
- Self-driven, proactive and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
