Job Summary
Analogue Beverage Powder Development Engineer responsible for end-to-end beverage powder product development including formulation, ingredient selection, process optimization, product evaluation, and scale-up. Will conduct laboratory trials and quality, stability, and sensory tests; improve solubility, texture, color, and flavor properties; select and evaluate raw materials and suppliers; collaborate with Quality, Production, and Marketing to deliver cost-effective, high-quality beverage powder products; ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards; prepare technical reports documenting development processes. Reports to the R&D Manager and works with cross-functional teams to bring innovative beverage powder formulations to production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Engineering or related field
- Experience in Food Manufacturing Industry
- Formulation development experience for beverage powders
- Laboratory trial execution and sensory/quality testing
- Scale-up from lab to production
- Cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Production, Procurement, and Marketing
