Job Summary
Lead the design, development and integration of advanced analog/mixed-signal circuits (ADC/DACs, filters, amplifiers, ESD protection, biasing, and power management) in CMOS/SiGe technologies; mentor junior engineers, define block-level performance with system architects, oversee layout and tape-out readiness, and contribute to validation and production bring-up. Requires MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal design, proficiency with MATLAB/Spectre/SystemVerilog/AMS, deep understanding of layout effects and silicon characterization, strong communication, and eligibility to work in the U.S.; relocation is provided and travel up to 10% is expected; roles are onsite in San Diego, CA (preferred), Bay Area, CA, or Renton, WA with a temporary remote-work exception for Bay Area/San Diego sites.
Required Qualifications
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design
- Proficiency with MATLAB, Spectre, SystemVerilog, and AMS
- Experience with CMOS and SiGe processes
- Strong understanding of electromigration and layout-dependent effects
- Silicon characterization and debugging experience
- Strong communication skills
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident or eligible status
