Job Summary
Design and verify high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits for data center optical interconnect and memory tester products, including CDR, samplers, TIAs, and VGAs operating up to 224 Gbps. Run block-level and top-level mixed-signal simulations to validate performance, execute pre-tapeout verification, and define production and bench-level test plans. Collaborate with digital design, layout, and test teams to deliver products from concept through production while supporting yield analysis and bug fixes based on ATE and lab measurements. Work within the data center infrastructure team on next-generation optical applications and HBM memory testing.
Required Qualifications
- M.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on analog/mixed-signal IC design
- B.S.E.E. with a preferred graduation project related to the analog/mixed-signal IC design field
- Coursework or project experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies
- Basic understanding of CDR/PLL architectures and specifications
- Exposure to mixed-signal simulation tools and flows (e.g., Cadence Spectre, AMS Designer) through coursework or internships
- Familiarity with Cadence design and verification tools (Virtuoso, Spectre)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with layout techniques for high-speed circuits
- Experience in the design of high-power DC-DC buck converters for data center applications
