Job Summary
Manage client internal demands for GTT, providing second-level support for team requests while continuously optimizing processes and data generation. Analyze implementation and RAA movement requirements, oversee the full call chain for new ATM technology supply, and maintain installed base performance through link communication delivery and migration. Coordinate with technical partners like CGR and project teams to ensure solution delivery, representing the area in new project forums and aligning strategic enterprise demands with business sustainability. Monitor area indicators proactively to drive preventive and corrective actions, ensuring defined timelines and quality standards across diverse business chains.
Required Qualifications
- Curso Superior em áreas relacionadas a TI, Adm. MKT, Gestão, Projetos
- Conhecimento no pacote Office nível usuário
- Conhecimento no pacote Office nível Excel avançado
- Disponibilidade de atuação em modelo híbrido no escritório em Alphaville / SP
