Process salary payments by creating bank files and managing social liability apurations for INSS, IR, and unions. Handle employee lifecycle tasks including new hire onboarding, termination calculations, and benefit administration for medical and insurance plans. Verify benefit invoices, process benefit purchases, and post deductions to the payroll system. Comply with labor and safety regulations while supporting internal and external audits.
