Job Summary
Elaborate operational reports and track planning considering demand, capacity, and resource availability. Develop dashboards to monitor daily operational results, analyze volume and absenteeism indicators, and identify deviations between planned and actual performance. Create demand projections to support decisions on staffing and capacity while proposing action plans for identified risks. Implement automated controls and data quality checks to improve reporting reliability. Prepare executive presentations with critical analyses and opportunities, acting consultively with leadership to drive continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
