Map processes, procedures, and routines to standardize activities while identifying indicators, risks, and opportunities. Periodically review SGQ documents to maintain the master document list and develop performance indicators in spreadsheets. Prepare RAC meeting presentations, draft meeting minutes and reports, and support internal audit planning. Register improvement opportunities and non-conformities in standard forms or systems, tracking action timelines. Analyze immediate actions, root causes, and action plans to evaluate effectiveness. Facilitate internal and external audits by managing invitations, room reservations, and auditor access. Deliver training sessions with management support and execute other related tasks as directed.
