Job Summary
Execute small to medium projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and resource constraints, potentially reusing existing solutions for faster development. Lead design change efforts actively and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall goals. Develop detailed project plans defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation, while tracking progress against milestones and mitigating risks through proactive planning. Establish influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing and implementing design projects within agreed-upon specifications. Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, meeting minutes, and status reports to facilitate knowledge transfer. Requires 3+ years of project management experience and fluency in English. Office-based role requiring in-person presence at least 3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science/Software)
- 3+ years of Experience in project management and leading teams
- Knowledge of programs and project management tools
- Understanding of systems engineering and development processes
- Ability to plan and organize multiple work streams
- Self-dependent, well organized, methodical and aiming for high quality standards
- Fluent in English
- Working in-person at least 3 days per week
- Full-time presence in the company's facilities
