Conduct administrative and technical support tasks by diagnosing, mapping, documenting, and redesigning processes using analysis tools to ensure efficiency. Create, monitor, and interpret logistics performance indicators from operational data collection to strategic decision-making. Support continuous improvement projects and new product development by leading initiatives with the team, acting as a technical reference for processes supporting WMS, ERP, and automation systems. Perform root cause analysis and technical-economic feasibility studies to propose solutions for operational failures and structural process improvements. Document applied processes to collaborate with interface areas, promoting operational and technical integration in multidisciplinary projects. Define and create layouts for logistics areas, material flows, routing, packaging, and prototypes focusing on ergonomics, productivity, and technical viability. Request quotes, create requisitions, and track orders and implementation while contributing systemic, innovative, and sustainable views to logistics processes. Prepare management reports for executive presentations with technical and strategic reporting for internal clients and organizational leadership. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and applicable legislation norms by promoting preventive and corrective actions. Participate and promote technical trainings and certifications, acting as a mentor for developing professionals and disseminating logistics best practices and innovation. Represent the logistics engineering area in strategic forums, kaizens, and multidisciplinary committees.
