Lead Onboarding training for new hires and promoted staff at CD and Campus RD, while serving as the preposto for homologatory acts and managing ex-employee and manager support. Interface with IT and Frequency teams for facial biometrics, including recategorization and control, and address CSC themes via in-person and ticket channels. Address career plan inquiries and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requires Office Suite, HR certification, and knowledge in payroll, benefits, and homologation.
