Control structural end-to-end for uniforms, badges, benefits, and attendance, managing onboarding training for new and promoted staff at CD Duque de Caxias and the RD Campus. Act as the preposto for RD Saúde regarding homologatory acts, handling processes for ex-employees and managers. Serve as the primary interface with IT and Frequency teams for facial biometric recategorization, control, and support, addressing CSC themes via in-person and ticket channels. Guide career planning and resolve inquiries while maintaining continuous improvement standards. This role supports the broader mission of RD Saúde, a leader in the Brazilian pharmacy market impacting over one million lives.
