Execute and maintain material and vendor registration in the CS, PIMS, and MRP systems, ensuring data accuracy for procurement and stock management. Conduct inventory rotations and annual counts to reconcile stock with accounting records, while tracking requisitions, purchase orders, and receipt discrepancies. Analyze KPIs for stock turnover, obsolescence, and service levels to support management decisions and drive cost reduction strategies. Manage warehouse planning, material storage optimization, and safety protocols, including 5S audits and EPI compliance. Monitor staff attendance, overtime, and shift schedules, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational divergences and improve internal service metrics.
