Approve loteamentos at municipal and state levels by identifying necessary licenses and authorizations based on current local, state, and federal legislation. Track approval timelines with public agencies, concessionaires, and autarquies while monitoring document validity and conditions. Coordinate with public agency technical staff in strategic meetings and route notifications and opinions to competent areas for resolution. Request and verify internal or external project studies, studies, and reports required for approval, then authorize payments to external suppliers upon scheduled deliveries. Manage all technical documentation necessary for project launch and construction execution.
