Negotiate and draft leasing, credit, and financial service contracts while reviewing and structuring guarantees such as trusts and mortgages. Provide legal advisory to Sales, Risk, Treasury, Sourcing, and HR departments, and manage contribution and reversal agreements by formalizing them with public notaries and participating institutions. Maintain relationships with public notaries, law firms, and suppliers to streamline document formalization, while tracking the Legal Incidents Bureau.
