Conduct daily triage of new legal processes via the BPO tool, monitor administrative infractions, and update controls and deadlines for defenses and appeals. Analyze documents for judicial defenses, manage tax process phases in the e-law system, and organize case files ensuring data integrity. Assist lawyers with recurring tasks, track payments for costs and expert fees, and research legislation to support legal documents. Monitor court judgments at STF and STJ, summarize administrative and judicial cases, and participate in meetings with external offices to draft minutes. Manage judicial guarantees, register and track providers in Projuris, and generate reports for area closures.
