Analyze monthly indicators of People including absenteeism, turnover, and budget through reports, applying quality tools to identify deviations and propose corrective actions. Support the Labor Relations area by gathering documents and identifying witnesses to assist in potential legal actions. Review the employee map to verify budget alignment with positions and ensure accurate personnel movements. Support internal communication campaigns and organizational development initiatives to drive employee engagement. Handle employee inquiries via contact channels to resolve issues and facilitate the "Papo 10" meetings with managers to gather feedback and propose improvements. Generate weekly reports on headcount, labor incidents, and banked hours using the People system. Maintain current knowledge of area results and participate in weekly meetings to coordinate activities and identify improvement opportunities. Conduct institutional integration for new hires by presenting People, benefits, and social responsibility policies.
