Manage recruitment documentation, track open positions, and process internal promotions and role changes. Maintain accurate employee data in systems, support internal training initiatives, and organize internal events and communication channels. Provide guidance to managers and staff regarding selection and HR policies while ensuring alignment with corporate directives. Report on process status, project plans, and operational challenges to direct leaders.
