Plan and audit financial processes by analyzing expenses, available resources, and preparing expense tracking reports. Execute negotiations, purchases, payments, and supplier contracts while verifying invoices, accounts, and documents for compliance before transactions. Perform regular reconciliations to match financial records with executed transactions and maintain strong relationships with internal areas and suppliers to optimize payment processes. Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulations, including regulatory payments for FNDCT, MME, and CDE. Report cash flow to the controller, register suppliers and budgeting, and control the budget. Support fiscalizations and audits, and prepare detailed management reports.
