Receive financial documents via email or physical submission, including invoices, forms, and receipts, to support registration and control processes. Analyze financial records, review entries, and request tax retention analyses from the fiscal department to ensure correct tax generation in the Gvdasa system and compliance with obligations. Enter fiscal documents into Gvdasa, issue Electronic Service Invoices (NFTS), and coordinate payment scheduling for Finanzaa invoices. Organize purchase requisitions, payment orders, and contracts, then deliver them to the accounting department. Maintain monthly supplier service records in spreadsheets and communicate regularly with vendors to resolve due date changes and invoice requests. Work full-time (44h/week) on-site in Perdizes/SP.
