Job Summary
Conduct credit recovery activities by assisting lawyers in negotiations, contacting clients when necessary, and updating spreadsheets and internal systems. Prepare reports and email communications while supporting the analysis and organization of information for process tracking. Utilize generative AI tools to aid daily tasks and maintain administrative and operational functions within the recovery credit area. This role requires a Bachelor's in Law (without OAB) or law students in the 4th or 5th year, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. The position offers VR, home-office assistance, medical aid, pharmacy and Sesc conveniences, and childcare allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Bacharel em Direito sem OAB
- Vivência em recuperação de crédito ou em áreas correlatas
- Experiência na elaboração de relatórios e controles gerenciais
- Experiência com atualização de planilhas e sistemas
- Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado no Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel
- Experiência na utilização de sistemas jurídicos e/ou de gestão
- Perfil analítico e organizado
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
- Proatividade e senso de prioridade
- Facilidade para trabalhar com grande volume de informações
- Raciocínio lógico e atenção aos detalhes
- Facilidade para atuar em equipe e prestar suporte aos advogados

- Vivência no suporte a equipes jurídicas
- Conhecimento em Python
- Conhecimento em soluções Cloud
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial Generativa
