Job Summary
Develop didactic materials for the retail audience and deliver both in-person and online training sessions for Grupo Panvel employees. Support the structure and execution of the Crescer I and II programs, as well as the Beauty Universe initiative. Manage external supplier relationships, issue certificates, and track training participation metrics. Proactively create new content and initiatives to boost engagement with the Cuidar Bem platform. Monitor engagement reports and drive actions to increase platform adoption. Requires a full degree in administration, pharmacy, or related fields, proficiency in Office tools, and availability for Eldorado do Sul/RS and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Formação completa em administração, farmácia ou áreas afins
- Identificação com a área de Educação Corporativa
- Conhecimento no Pacote Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint)
- Ter disponibilidade para trabalhar em Eldorado do Sul/RS
- Ter disponibilidade para viagens
