Job Summary
Plan and execute test scenarios and cases, analyzing requirements to identify inconsistencies and document evidence. Manage the full defect lifecycle, including opening, tracking, and retesting issues. Apply software testing processes and best practices while collaborating effectively with technical and functional teams. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. SAP module knowledge is a plus. This Junior Analyst role supports the RHA3241 team within a technology-driven organization committed to diversity and transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Experiência com planejamento, elaboração e execução de cenários e casos de teste
- Conhecimento dos processos e boas práticas de testes de software
- Capacidade para analisar requisitos, identificar inconsistências e registrar evidências
- Experiência com abertura, acompanhamento e reteste de defeitos
- Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de interação com equipes técnicas e funcionais
