Job Summary
Create user accounts and manage email infrastructure while monitoring and analyzing network server performance. Structure the IT infrastructure, configure firewall servers for security, and enforce IT policies across computers and networks. Provide physical maintenance for computers and printers, and deliver hardware and software support to internal users. Requires a full degree in Computer Science or related fields, plus expertise in Windows systems, networking, Microsoft Exchange, and SAP. Based in Francisco Beltrão, PR, this role supports Iguá Saneamento's mission to transform basic sanitation services across 39 municipalities.
