Conduct client support via chat or phone to resolve inquiries about the Omie ERP system. Perform remote access troubleshooting on customer machines and create step-by-step guides in text, image, or video format to address common doubts. Route systemic issues to product specialists and redirect chats or calls outside your scope to the appropriate departments for specialized resolution, including tax document rejection queries. Requires availability for a 12x36 shift from 07h to 19h. Bachelor's degree in progress is desirable, along with knowledge of the Omie system and Microsoft Office.
