Monitor monthly budget performance for the Climate Change and Decarbonization Directorate, including forecasting and FP&A alignment. Contribute to annual budget structuring, demand mapping, and internal flow design. Consolidate R&D portfolio data, support prioritization agendas, and track sustainability initiative evolution. Lead annual VPS process evaluations, action plan development, and monthly performance meeting coordination. Develop executive briefings and strategic presentations for decision support. Coordinate event calendars, track deliverables, and analyze agenda interferences. Monitor climate-related risks and internal/reasonable audit action plans.
