Conduct daily technical operations in the DataCenter, verifying backup execution and quality for physical and virtual servers while executing necessary corrections. Support Infrastructure Technicians on unresolved infrastructure tickets and manage vendor contracts, including invoicing, payments, and delivery tracking. Repass technology knowledge to support staff, document incident solutions, and report major occurrences to the Coordination for continuous process improvement. Manage Service Desk ticket queues, open vendor calls, and ensure adherence to agreed resolution times. Analyze the IT infrastructure environment to propose improvements and maintain system updates for stability. The role requires a Senior Support Analyst with a degree in Computer Networks or related fields, hospital segment experience, and specialization in networking, virtualization, and backup systems. English intermediate level is required.
