Job Summary
Analyze and resolve medium to high complexity system incidents involving SQL database troubleshooting, log analysis, and operational processes. Track customer service interactions from event identification through incident resolution, while leading the team in root cause analysis and sharing findings. Drive process improvements and sustain client relationships by collaborating with technical departments for rapid diagnosis. Requires a complete degree in Computer Systems or related fields, proficiency in SQL and API troubleshooting, and experience with KPIs, OKRs, and Agile methodologies. This Junior Support Analyst role is remote-first within a startup focused on intelligent logistics integration.
Required Qualifications
- Graduação Completa ou no último semestre em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Sistemas da Informação, Ciências da Computação, ou áreas correlatas
- Sólido conhecimento em KPIs e OKRs e sua metodologia
- Conhecimento em Excel e Power point, para análise de dados e produção de reports
- Familiaridade com os princípios e metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experiência anterior em Análise de Logs, de sistemas e SQL
- Experiência em troubleshooting de API
Desired Qualifications
- Fluência com ferramentas de ITSM de mercado
- Conhecimento em Claude
- Conhecimento em ITIL
