Job Summary
Monitor, support, and respond to incidents within the Security Operations Center by analyzing intrusion detection alarms and identifying potential threats. Interact with cross-functional teams to maintain client SLAs while building and improving monitoring processes. Document technical work and escalate Level 2 and 3 tickets. Requires knowledge of networks, security frameworks, and operating systems, with experience in SIEM, EDR, and cloud providers. Works a 12x36 night shift.
