Conduct generalist HR operations by analyzing service metrics and support tickets to identify root causes such as frontline issues, system training gaps, or process failures. Investigate reopened tickets and propose process improvements based on these findings. Requires a solid background in customer service and generalist HR, with experience in administration or human resources management. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis is essential, while SAP, ADP, and Service Now experience are desirable. Full-time position with Flex Office, health insurance, and annual bonus.
