Support HR managers, candidates, and employees on the HR system. Guide managers in creating personnel requisitions and job postings on external portals. Conduct resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection for open positions while applying specific knowledge tests when required. Maintain the personnel requisition control sheet with candidate data and status tracking. Prepare candidate opinions for managers, schedule interviews, and send offer letters with necessary documents to initiate hiring. Facilitate internal project reallocations through interviews and stakeholder alignment. Execute the onboarding process for new hires.
